I wanted to share a brief note about Cygnet’s plans following recent and ongoing government advice.
We’re committed to providing current and future clients with the support you need in these unprecedented times. We will continue to work with you to achieve the right outcomes for your business.
We also consider the welfare of our staff to be of paramount importance. So, we’ve made some sensible changes to the way we work, to ensure the health and safety of our people and continuity of service. Like most organisations, all our staff are now safely working from home.
As a business that deals with global projects on a daily basis, we have the tools, infrastructure and experience to serve clients remotely in a way that remains responsive and effective. Although face-to-face meetings are unlikely to continue, we will be available by video, email or phone.
We’re a resilient industry and we’ve seen some tough times before. This one may test our mettle more than most. But we are a strong community and we can support each other in this unique situation.
